Africa <

I’ve travelled through numerous countries within the African continent on different jobs, mostly filming commercial projects. My last trip was to Kenya and the Masai Mara game reserve for Emirates Airlines to capture a Wildebeest Migration.

Much of this portfolio was taken in 2002, during my six months working for the UNFPA and the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation. I was there primarily to make a documentary film and teach groups of young adults from Botswsana, Ghana, South Africa, Tanzania, Zanzibar and Uganda, how to use video cameras so they could document and share their own AIDS related stories.

The pictures here were mostly from travels during my weekends off and all of the images here were taken on 35mm Ektachrome E6 on my trusty old Canon EOS 1N.
